Customer Service Rep

​Our client, a large educational organization located in Herndon, is in need of Customer Service Reps to manage the in bound calls during the high demand time period from May through September.  This is a great summer job for any detail oriented, friendly, hardworking CSR. 

This is a hot-shot, fast growth national company.  Main duties will include answering in-bound calls for people signing up for the Fall semester programs.  Must have good attention to detail, be friendly and outgoing and be able to offer great customer service to all incoming callers.  There will be a paid two week training program. 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience with an In-Bound call center or answering phones and managing clients
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to get information entered in the computer accurately and efficiently. 
  • Ability to work well with all levels of personnel. 
  • Free parking on site.
  • $16/hour
